At Mpact Designs, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, and with tags attached—within 30 days of receipt.

Customized or final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
2. Refund Process

To initiate a return, email myers6790@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
3. Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If an exchange is requested, we’ll ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
